Our Products

We use only new, natural sand and stone in our concrete. We use a variety of admixes in our products. All are fast-acting liquids designed for use in volumetric mixing. Midrange water-reducer is included in all our products. This allows for a higher slump (basically wetter) mix, while using less actual water. This gives you a material that is easier to move, spread and finish without sacrificing strength or durability. We offer a variety of concrete mixes including:

·      Standard air entrained concrete of 3000 psi up to 5000 psi

·      Non-chloride accelerator mixes

·      A3 Commercial grade concrete

·      Stamped concrete mix

·      High Early

·      High slump high early (up to 10” slump)

Specialized mixes can also be designed to meet specific requirements.

Standard Air Entrained Concrete (3000 psi to 5000 psi)

Standard air-entrained concrete is designed for projects requiring enhanced durability and workability, particularly in climates where freeze-thaw cycles are common. With compressive strengths ranging from 3000 psi to 5000 psi, this type of concrete includes tiny air bubbles, which help to mitigate the effects of freezing and thawing by allowing space for water to expand without causing damage. This makes it ideal for sidewalks, driveways, and other outdoor applications exposed to harsh weather conditions. In addition to its freeze-thaw resistance, air-entrained concrete also improves the concrete's resistance to deicing salts and sulfate attack. The incorporation of air entrainment does not significantly reduce the concrete's compressive strength, allowing it to maintain its structural integrity.

Non-Chloride Accelerator Mixes

Non-chloride accelerator mixes are specially formulated to speed up the curing process of concrete without the use of chlorides, which can cause corrosion in reinforced concrete. These mixes are ideal for cold weather concreting, where achieving early strength is crucial to protect the concrete from freezing temperatures. Non-chloride accelerators are preferred in applications where the concrete will come into contact with steel reinforcements, as they reduce the risk of corrosion that chlorides might induce. These mixes ensure that the concrete gains strength more quickly, allowing for earlier form removal and construction progress without compromising long-term durability. This makes them a popular choice for projects where both speed and structural integrity are essential.

A3 Commercial Grade Concrete

A3 commercial-grade concrete is designed to meet the demands of large-scale construction projects, offering a balance between strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. This type of concrete is typically used in commercial buildings, warehouses, and industrial floors where high load-bearing capacity and long-term performance are required. A3 concrete is formulated to resist cracking and shrinkage, ensuring that it can withstand the stresses imposed by heavy machinery, foot traffic, and other dynamic loads. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from foundations and slabs to walls and columns. By meeting commercial construction standards, A3 concrete provides a reliable solution for both contractors and developers.

Stamped Concrete Mix

Stamped concrete mix is designed to provide both the strength of traditional concrete and the aesthetic appeal of various patterns and textures. Often used in driveways, patios, and walkways, this mix allows for the creation of decorative surfaces that mimic the appearance of brick, stone, or tile while retaining the durability of concrete. The mix is carefully formulated to be workable enough for imprinting patterns but also strong enough to resist wear and tear over time. Stamped concrete offers an affordable alternative to using actual stone or pavers, combining visual appeal with practicality. Additionally, the mix can be colored and sealed to enhance its appearance and protect it from the elements.

High Early Concrete Mix

High early concrete mix is specifically designed for situations where rapid strength gain is essential, such as in fast-track construction projects or cold weather conditions. This mix allows for earlier form removal, faster project completion, and earlier serviceability compared to standard concrete mixes. High early concrete is often used in highway repairs, bridge decks, and other infrastructure projects where minimizing downtime is critical. Despite its rapid curing, this mix still provides long-term durability and strength, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications. The quick-setting properties also make it ideal for use in precast concrete products where faster turnaround times are required.

High Slump High Early Concrete (up to 10” Slump)

High slump high early concrete is a specialized mix that combines the benefits of high early strength with increased workability, featuring a slump of up to 10 inches. This type of concrete is particularly useful in applications where complex forms or tight spaces require a more fluid mix that can easily be placed and consolidated. The high slump allows for easier pouring and spreading, reducing labor time and improving the finish quality. At the same time, the high early strength ensures that the concrete quickly gains the necessary strength to support construction activities or withstand service loads. This mix is often used in projects with tight schedules or intricate designs, offering both versatility and performance.
